Checkin & Checkout

The check-in time is from 5 pm and the check-out time is before 11 am. If you have any problems, please let us know as soon as possible.

Respect of the place

For your comfort and that of the neighborhood, rules of use of the premises have been defined. These rules are applicable from the beginning to the end of the stay:

  • Smoking in indoor areas is prohibited.
  • Animals are not allowed
  • It is forbidden to party in the apartment
  • Maximum 2 persons per room are allowed.
  • For safety reasons, children under 12 years old are not allowed in the guest rooms. Children over 12 years of age are allowed, under the supervision and responsibility of accompanying adults.
Cancellation Policy

Sometimes it is necessary to cancel a trip. We have opted for a cancellation policy that is respectful of the traveler and the hosts:

Cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date. Only 15€ of administrative fees will be retained.

Special Period Covid:
If at the time of your stay the regulations no longer allow travel between your country and Spain (or Andalusia), cancellation is possible up to 1 week before the arrival date.
